BLACK COUNTRY TOURS & BEER BUS : NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY TO GOLDFINGER EXPERIENCE, ODDBALL LIMOS, REDHOT RESCUE OR MADCOW COACHES
As the original world famous "Party Bus" company, we are not associated with the www.partybus.co.uk, www.thebigredpartybus.co.uk, www.clubclassbus.com, www.limobroker.co.uk, www.kidspartybus.com & www.partykidsbus.co.uk websites

  1. Your submission of a booking form is an offer made to us, Black Country Tours, on the terms of these conditions

  2. No Booking with Black Country Tours is confirmed until we have received a deposit, to the value stated at time of booking, usually £100.

  3. Acceptance will only be effective from you by us of a deposit in the cleared sum advised within 7 days of acquiring your date, after this period we cannot guarantee holding your date.

  4. We require any balance to be paid at least 14 days before the date of the tour, that time to be of the essence.

    1. All cheques are payable to BLACK COUNTRY TOURS LTD.
    2. Personal cheques NOT accepted without a valid bankers card.
    3. Deposits are NOT Refundable.
    4. Balances paid using a Credit Card incurs a £5 surcharge.
    5. Minimum party size 30 people unless otherwise agreed or stated in the tour details.

  5. The passengers whilst on our vehicles are covered by Public Liability Insurance, but whilst off the bus they are the responsibility of the organiser. At all times, the party organiser is responsible for the good behaviour of all members of your party during the tour.

  6. On all tours, patrons must be a minimum of 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated. Proof of identity, may on occassions be requested. The party organiser is responsible for ensuring age limits are observed.

  7. The party organiser will be responsible for ensuring that all members of your party remain throughout the tour suitably and decently dressed with safe and sufficiently protective footwear.

  8. The responibility for ensuring that all members of the party keep all possessions secure and protected against loss or damage is that of the party organiser. We cannot insure at a reasonable premium the possessions of members of parties and accordingly you will indemnify us against any claim made by a member of your party against us for such loss or damage.

  9. As the party organiser, you acknowledge and will procure that all members of your party acknowledge unconditional right to terminate any tour without refund or compensation in the event of breach of the matters set out in 5 to 8 above. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of such termination you and your party will not be allowed to return on our transport and you will be required to make on your and your party′s behalf alternative transport arrangements in such circumstances.

  10. You, the party organiser, agree that in the event of non availability, we may replace the tour bus with alternative transport without liquor licence and without liability to you.

  11. In the event of a breakdown, Black Country Tours will replace one of our tour buses with a coach.

  12. 18th and 21st birthday bookings will only be taken if authorised by the booking office manager.

  13. BLACK COUNTRY TOURS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY VENUE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

  14. All times quoted are subject to alteration.

  15. Prices stated on the website & in the brochure, are subject to change, due to circumstances beyond our control. Price paid is that which is confirmed at time of booking.

1. Odd Ball Limos Disclaimer : Black Country Tours is not connected in anyway with Odd Ball Limos based in Bilston. Permission to use the terms "Black Country Tours" & "Beer Bus" on the Odd Ball Limos Website ( oddballlimos.co.uk ) was not requested and is being used without permission. The Red Hot Rescue ( redhot-rescue.com or redhot-rescue.co.uk ) & Mad Cow coaches used by Odd Ball Limos are not part of the Black Country Tours fleet of buses. If you have any problems with Odd Ball Limos, Redhot Rescue or Madcow Coaches, then please contact them and not Black Country Tours.

2. Press reports regarding the safety risks found by the Traffic Commissioner relating to Redhot Rescue & Oddball Limos are not connected to "Black Country Tours" & "Black Country Tours Beer Bus".

3. Black Country Tours is not connected with the "Goldfinger Experience" beer bus company ( goldfingerexperience.com ) and the reports regarding the safety problems reported that lead to the Goldfinger Experience licence being revoked.

4. Black Country Tours would like to offer our services to any customer of Oddball Limos, Red-Hot Rescue and Goldfinger Experience who has been let down as a result of the safety concerns. Give us a call and we will try and sort out an alternative booking to ensure that you receive a good time, in reliable safe manner.
