FAQ

1. What is the minimum number of people for a tour.
b. We recommend a minimum number of people for a tour is 30, it gives a good atmosphere but if you have a few less than 30 people for your tour don’t panic just talk to our team in the office and we will be happy to tailor a tour to suit you.
b. The only exception is Beer and Skittles Night Tour 3 where you should call our team in the booking office to discuss your party numbers.

2. What is the maximum number of people for a tour.
a. The maximum number for a tour is 53 this is based on the maximum loading for our busses, of course we can also put on two buses if you have the numbers.
b. The only exception is the Beer and Skittles Night Tour 3 where the maximum number is 30 people.

3. Can we pay by BACS, Cheque, Credit or Debit card and cash
a. Yes we accept all the above methods of payment.
b. If paying by cheque you must allow 10 working days for the cheque to clear prior to the date of the tour.
c. If paying for extra people on the night of the tour on the bus this must be done in cash.
d. Cheques, credit and Debit cards not accepted for payment on the bus.

4. When do we pay the deposit for a tour.
a. You must pay a minimum deposit of £100.00 to secure the date for the tour.
b. Only when we have received your deposit will the tour date be secure for you.
c. You can pay more than the minimum deposit.
d. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been made.

5. When do we pay the balance for a tour.
a. You must pay the full balance for the tour 14days before the date of the tour, failure to pay this balance could mean the tour date being re-sold and the loss of your deposit.

6. If we don’t get 30 people for the tour can we still go ahead with the tour.
a. You must call the team in the booking office who will work out a charter price for you, it’s best to call as soon as you realise you may have less than 30 people.

7. Can extra people pay on the night.
a. Yes extra people can pay on the night but you must inform the team in the booking office prior to the tour going ahead this is for insurance and contacting venues if we need to add to the meal orders.

8. Can we have different pick-up time from 7pm.
a. Yes the pick-up time can be changed from 7pm but you must confirm the time by speaking to our staff in the office. 01384 231751
b. Day time late afternoon pickups can be arranged and the tour time modified to suit you, please call our office 01384 231751 to confirm timings.

9. Can we have more than one drop off point.
a. Yes as long as it is on route to or from the main drop of point.
b. Yes as long as it is reasonably close to the main drop off.
c. All changes or additional drop point requests must be agreed with our tam in the booking office prior to the tour going ahead.

10. Can we bring persons under 18 years of age on the to the Black Country Tour bus.
a. NO only people 18 years of age and over will be carried on a Black Country Tour.
b. This rule is enforced for insurance and Bar Licence.

11. Can we take our own drinks on the bus.
a. No you must not bring your own drinks on the bus.
b. All our buses have fully licenced bars on board and only alcohol served by Black Country Staff on board a Black Country Tour bus may be consumed on the bus.
c. Unfinished drinks purchased by the glass at the bar in a pub visited on a Black Country Tour may be consumed on the bus so long as it is transferred to a plastic glass. Our staff will be happy to do this when you leave the pub.

12. Can we have Gluten Free, Vegan or Vegetarian meals
a. Please advise our team in the booking office of any dietary requirements you party may have when ordering meals if they are included in your tour.
