TourThe Desperate Dan Pie Tour

TOUR

This tour revolves around mainly good ale pubs. The Pie Factory is our normal venue for this tour, we are featured on their web site, so we return the favour. The pub is one of the most novel in the Black Country, they have a pig in an office typing a menu. That is a full size pig typing a menu for big appetites.

We also visit the Dry Dock which is a pub at Darby End near Netherton. This area got its name from people arriving to work in the Black Country from Belper in Derbyshire. This pub is the one with a real canal barge made into the bar. The pub sits on a lovely canal setting, we can use this pub for smaller parties to eat and then move onto a disco or karaoke pub. This tour is well worth a try, we offer this tour for our corporate customers.

Starting your tour at 7pm you will visit up to three pubs, finishing up at your last venue at around 9.30pm. At this venue, as with all our tours we would supply you with entertainment ( usually an Irish singer ) will be provided on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and for other evenings, entertainment can be provided on request.

You will have your meal at this venue which you will have pre-ordered with Black Country Tours. The food will be ready and waiting for you on your arrival, giving you and your party more time to enjoy your chosen entertainment.

The menu itself includes a variety of meals which you may choose from ( all included in the price ), but for the larger appetite we recommend 'Desperate Dan Pie' ( None pie eaters and vegetarians are also catered for on this tour ).

At approximately 11:15 PM we transport you back to your 'pick up point' after a filling and enjoyable night !

Our usual booking conditions apply. £22.00 Per Person.
